Question on c:/windows/downloaded installation

Is it OK to remove the MSI packages from the c:/windows/downloaded
installations/ ?

I have Cd's or backups of the software, and I really cheesed out when
I built this machine w/ crummy hard drive. I dont feel like adding a
new one.
