Hello

I am trying to install Messenger Live 9 on my 64-bit Vista and I wan
to install the 64-bit version of it. I have followed all the downloa
links for Messenger Live 64-bit but when I try to install them, the
install as 32-bit programs. I know that because they install in Progra
Files (x86) and the Task Manager reports them as the 32-bit application

The files I installed from were
wlsetup.al
.... an
wlsetup. custo

All were supposed to be the 64-bit versions of Messenger Live. Ca
anyone help me out with some info here? How come they install as 32-bi
programs and not the 64 ones? Is there a link to the REAL 64-bi
Messenger that would install properly

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Greetings,

I'm afraid you're looking for something that doesn't exist. There are no 64-bit versions.
The only 64-bit components in the Windows Live Essentials suite are limited to Family Safety,
error reporting and the one update for Windows. Everything else is 32-bit.
