Question about signing in...

Hello,
Still trying to sign into WLM, as I use XP I thought I'd try something
different. I logged off my ID and logged onto my husbands ID, then fired up
the WLM with the same username/password as I've been trying with my XP ID.
Connected right away!!

Now... what could be preventing me from signing on from my XP ID??

Any ideas?

I've had the same problem all day with both my XP installations but no
problems at all in Vista...go figure.
