Question about update roll-up

How do you know whether or not you should install the update roll-up or just
the new update? I haven't installed any hotfixes unless they were critical
updates, and it doesn't look like those are part of roll-up, so is it okay to
go with the update?

Critical updates should be installed, unless there is a v.specific reason
not to.
Other hotfixes are optional, read the details on the hotfix, to see whether
it is necessary for yr sys, or provides extended functionality.
Do NOT install update drivers, use only hardware manu.site drivers.
