It should not be on your patched sp1 server. You saw that one incorrectly.
The sp1 server has no network problems? The rest aren't likely to, unless you have
a constricted maximum transmission unit somewhere per 1, 2 or "similar scenarios"
in the symptoms section of 898060. Workaround then being to raise MTU.
So I'd say yes, install sp1 keeping an eye out for the symptoms described in 898060
