Questions regarding Outlook client fix KB931667

I got a question regarding applying KB931667 to your XP SP2 workstations and
Outlook clients.

Does this need to be applied to every Outlook profile on the workstation?

Andi if the answer is yes then if a user logins to a different workstation
must they run the KB931667 on that XP SP2 workstation and Outlook client
also?
