Quick Access Tool Bar - Customizing

I use the quick access tool bar in Word and Excel extensively. In XP, I could
set the tool bar so it showed text instead of just the icons offered by
Vista. Because I can't remember what all the icons mean, and I can't find the
right icon to reflect all that I've added, I'd like to once again have text
show on the tool bar, rather than icons. Is there a way to do this? If not,
is there a third party that provides a program that allows this? Thanks in
advance for your help!

If you don't get an answer here, you might try a newsgroup dedicated to MS
Office.

Place your cursor on the icon for a second or two and a pop up should
appear telling you the function of the icon.

Thanks for the replies, but I'm looking for an option where a word replaces
an icon, so I don't have to hover over each icon, looking for the right
function.
