Quick Launch icon size

I am using Vista 64. How do I increasse the size of my Quick Launch icons?
If I right click on the Quick Launch toolbar I have a choice between "small"
icons which are tiny or "large" icons which are HUGH. Is there another way
to adjust the size to something in between those two choices?

In short, you can't. It's not customizable. What you can do is change your
screen resolution, but that will affect more than just the quicklaunch
icons.
