Quick start menu + order

I have a number of programmes that allow quick start.

When the icons load, I notice that YPOPS often does not load properly.
I suspect that MCAfee security centre is interfering - also on the
quick start menu.

Is it possible to get either McAfee or YPOPS to start last?
