quicktime

Hi,
Can anybody help please. I have just downloaded the latest quicktime and
itunes so my son can use his ipod on the OS vista, we previously used xp,
however I cannot access any music as a message comes up stating "error
occurred" ref: 97.95f331751.1176205518.198fafff
Whatever the hell that means. All help greatly appreciated.

Me too. But my is iTurnes could not be install because VBScript is not
installed or has been disabled. I"m think VBScript come w/Vista ,so how do
I do enabled VBScript ? Please help .

You need iTunes 7.1.1.35 which used to manage the music stored on your sons
iPod.
