RA will not connect

Both computers are up to date, run XP SP2, use Live Messenger 8, on the same
ISP, all firewalls and Internet security programs disabled.
Requests go through one way(from comp A to comp B(on a home network)) but
will not go through the other way(comp B to comp A).
Of course its the B to A scenario we want.
