Random emails are sent directly into delete box

I am having an issue where random emails are being sent directly into my
Delete box instead of the Inbox. I checked and found that some of these
emails are on my contacts list already, which means that emails from them
should make it through, right? I am hoping someone can figure this one out -
I'm concerned about missing orders for my business.

It would depend on the Posting email app you used. Windows Live mail has a
tools menu/"Safety Options" setting. Other apps have similar settings for
junk mail filters.

Do you have any "rules" set up?
