After many failed installations of RC1, i think the problem is the chipset
drivers, in my case intel875p drivers, more specific, the memory management
driver.

The BSOD, appear random, so i tried to lower de memory frequency in the bios.

WORKED THE FIRST time.

Microsoft, get this fixed, this problem may not occur on a RC1 build.
I would like feedback from you guys ...

Wich values do you use in the bios for the memory frequency?

320, down from 400.

I use:

Corsair 1024 Mb (2x 512 Mb) PC3200 Low Latency Pro CL2 TWINX

No problems with Beta 2, build 5472 or XP.
