RC1 INSTALL ERROR: Unauthorized change was made to your license

After the initial error (see subject) the message continues with:
"To keep your system stable you must go online and validate that your
software is genuine". After that there are two buttons, one to validate
on-line and one to close the user account.

When I try to validate online, it says my operating system is not supported.
All fixes and resolutions are for Operating systems up to XP.

I insdtalled the orignal beta on one computer and removed it. I wanted to
try RC1 on my main system but I am locked out. My serial number is on the
systym that I cannot access.

What do I do?
