rdpclip.exe with latest Remote Desktop Windows Update CPU Utilizat

After using the most recent automatic windows update, I know a change was
made to Remote Desktop Connection. It's easy to see the icon in completely
new. I did not install anything other than using Windows Update. Remote
Desktop is different and now when I use it the rdpclip.exe causes my computer
to go to 80-100% CPU utilization.
