Hi,
The error, 0x00000124, is a processor error. Vista is merely reporting it
before shutting down, it's not in the operating system but rather the
hardware. Causes can include overheating, a faulty processor, and
overclocking. If you are overclocked, undo it before you damage the
processor. To check for overheating, you might want to try a stress test
from the manufacturer. Otherwise, your processor may be faulty.
