Hello Sonia,

This is easy to fix.

Start, all programs, accessories.

Right-click command prompt and choose "run as administrator"

In the яesulting command prompt window, type

sfc /scannow

and hit enter.


This should correct the problem.

0x800106ba = Try Method 1 (sfc /scannow)

Try SFC and not 'scf ;-(
