0x80248011 = SUS_E_DS_UNABLETOSTART

Can occur due to problems in the Internet cache or corruption in the Datastore

1. In Internet Explorer - Click on the Tools menu, select Internet Options, General
tab.
In the Temporary Internet files section, click the delete Files dialog box.

2. Click on Start, select run and type in: cmd

In command prompt type the following commands.
net stop wuauserv
cd /d %windir%\SoftwareDistribution
rd /s DataStore
net start wuauserv

3. Try windows update again.

error.
