XP SP3 and Vista SP1 are Beta Products and should not be run on Production
Machines. Trendmicro states that the problem should be fixed on release of
the Service Packs or shortly after.
I think it is unrealistic for you to request a refund on a Release produvt
not performing on a Beta product. Most of us do not turn on the Personal
Firewall feature of CSM 3.6 relying on other Firewall features of our
Networks and as a result I am not having your problem with XP SP3 in
testing.
