Jordon,
Can you please go ahead and send us the log files that ActiveSync generates?
The general steps are:
1) Go to Start Menu and click "Run"
2) In the Run dialog type "%temp%" and click OK
3) This will open a Windows Explorer window pointing to your temporary
directory
4) Find WCESMgr.log, WCESLog.log, WCESComm.log, & WCESView.log (there will
be a maximum of these 4 logs, but there may be fewer)
5) Please reply to
with these ActiveSync logs
Thanks,
Edington
