Re: Access Denied when installing service pack2

I have Windows XP home edition. I have two user accounts with administrator
priveleges. Whenever I try to install the service pack2 , after many minutes
I get the error Access is denied. Also in one account, whenever I launch IE
I cannot see the toolbar i.e. menu bar, forward, back , refresh or any
buttons. Can somebody please help!
