As said before, basically the upgrade is easy. But if you have additional
server applications running, that can need additional steps before. That's
the reason for the questions and i think if others respond they have maybe
some more different questions.
Also you have to check the running DC's before starting that they run correctly.
This you can do with "dcdiag /v", "netdiag /v" and if you have more then
one DC "repadmin /showrepl" from the command line without the quotes as a
first test to check for errors. These tools are on the 2003 installation
disk under support\tools\suptools.msi, just doubleclick it and install them
on the DC's.
