Hi Dean,

If you do a category based selection, all contacts on your PPC that
don't fall under the category selected in ActiveSync will be moved to your
computer and deleted from the PPC. You will need to sync the same set of
categories on both computers if you want to avoid deletion of contacts.
This is the way Activesync is designed to work For more information and a
