This sounds like a driver issue - try updating the drivers for ALL of
your components (sound, motherboard (Intel Application Accelerator,
INF files), other USB peripherals, and especially video), then try
synchronizing.

Hi,
Did you try unplugging all USB devices before attempting to sync? Have you
tried a hub with the Pocket PC's USB connection?

The same thing happened to me with v7.0 of the PivotPro software. Maybe we
should raise a fuss with them. I love their product. Nonetheless, I'm
going to miss using it.
