I have an Intel PRO/Wireless 2200BG card, ActiveSync 4.1, and a Sprint
PPC-6700 and have been running into the same issues using WPA/TKIP. Today I
upgraded my 2200BG drivers to version 9.0.3.9 (found on intel.com) and now
the wireless connection NO LONGER disconnects and requires a reboot when the
PPC-6700 is cradled. However, now ActiveSync takes several minutes to
recognize the device when it's cradled, as the new wireless drivers seem to
prevent the PPC-6700 ActiveSync connection from obtaining a DHCP-supplied IP
address immediately.

So the 2 things in common are AS 4.1 and the wireless card as our
computers, routers and PPC devices are different.

What drivers are you using for the wireless card? Is there some way
you can try to connect with a different wireless card ? Or at the
very least different drivers for the Intel card?

Please let me know the results, I'll post mine.

Thanks
