Hi,
Did you select the option to sync all appointments or only appointments in a
specific category?

Hi,
From my experience when I delete an e-mail it is deleted on the PC and then
when I sync it is deleted on the Pocket PC. Vice versa occurs if I delete
it on the Pocket PC and sync.

Just reading the e-mail does not delete it. Did you confirm that all e-mail
is being synchronized in Tools - Options on the desktop in ActiveSync when
you are synchronizing?

I'm sure an Admin can prevent things from working however I do not know the
exact steps they would take to do that.
