I am having the exact same problem. I am going to try and find the NexTags
Diag tool to see if I can see what's going on.
If this has been resolved, could someone post the fix?

> The difference in the logs is due to the different airsync versions the two devices are using. What really is relevant is probably the server log. You may turn that on using a tool called NexTags. But that tool doesn't seem to ship with Exchange server 2003 while it was shipped with MIS (Mobile Information Server). Not sure whether you can get one from PSS. Another possibility to find what's going on is that to use netmon since the traffic between front end and back end is not encrypted. You may figure out what's happening by comparing the log/traffic syncing with those two devices.
