Hi,
Do you have the DHCP Client service running on the PC? It is required so
the PC can accept an IP address from the Pocket PC.

I don't see where you've said what OS you are running, but in XP, you open
the Computer Management applet from Control Panel | Administrative Tools.
Expand the Services and Applications item and choose Services. Find the DHCP
Client service and check its status...

That's the proper state for operations with ActiveSync.

It seems that the network interface gets created, but something is blocking
the IP traffic for the PC obtain a IP address. Which firewall are you
running?

Have you tried a warm reset of the device??

Does the device ActiveSync application say "Connecting" and the icon
spinning when you plug it in?

UPDATE.

To check that the device is working well

I have done a full backup with SPB backup

Restored older backup of my PocketPC (moment that Activesync was working
well)

After the restore Activesync connection did work okay.

I have restored the actual backup again Activesync is not working

Conclusion: there is something wrong with the Activesync on my Pocketpc

I will play with the registry settings to see if i can find something.....

here is a couple of things in the registry to check.
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Drivers\USB\FunctionDrivers] DefaultClientDriver = RNDIS
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\ControlPanel\Comm] AutoCnct =1

Both settings are okay.

I have removed the duplicate notifications

Can this be the problem?
