Hi,
I do not recommend using Zone Alarm with ActiveSync because Zone Alarm has
been reported as still causing problems even when disabled or configured.
I would suggest uinsintalling it and using the XP firewall to begin with.
As for logs, I would look through the Event Viewer and see if there is
anything there (start - control panel - administrative tools - Event
Viewer). Beyond that there is usually a dump that is created when it blue
screens. However I do not know how to read it.
