I don't know you answer, but this is a public newsgroup and you shouldn't
expect personal answers as you have requested. Newsgroups are for sharing
solutions to problems, not a personal service to your own mailbox- you
should expect to come back here.
Things you haven't said you have tried:
Checking the newsgroup archives- but that wouldn't help if there has been a
personal answer provided and not to the newsgroup.
Microsoft have a knowledgebase, perhaps there is something in there?
I think you can pay for MS support- you could try that.
Did you ask your machine maker? They may not be able to help, but you'll
only find out by asking.
