Hi,
Microsoft has not announced any plans to create a custom version of
ActiveSync for XP x64.

I would suggest that you contact your Pocket PC OEM for assistance with
ActiveSync 3.8 installation. They are responsible for supporting it.

Hi,
I checked with some friends at Microsoft. They are running ActiveSync 3.8
on XP x64. So there's something else going on here.

Have you tried disabling the software firewall in SP2?
