Unfortunately, ActiveSync doesn't have priority settings that you are
looking for.
The only setting that might seem close to this option is the
Conflict-resoltution setting. But this will be invoked only when a conflict
occurs. That is when the same file has been modified on the desktop and the
Pocket PC. In such a scenario Activesync detects a conflict and is unable
to decide which file needs to be updated. There are conflict resolution
settings - Click Tools -> Rules and check the Conflict Resolution setting.
You would have been better off if you deleted the partnership and then
attached the mobile device to sync when the Outlook information was
restored. In the mean while, take a look at the Deleted items folder and
see if you can find your Calendar entries.
