According to

the 39160 Vista drivers are included on the Vista disk.

says no Windows 7 drivers for the 39160 exist and none are planned.

As far as I know you have it right about pointing to your pen drive with
the 2 files on it. I haven't had to do it with any of my computers so I
can't make an absolute statement.
