no. Though you would arrive at the same point there's a problem with
licensing, you would not be entitled to 'premium CALs'. Your SBS CALs would
cover access to the additional server but you would need separate licensing
for SQL.
Possibly the software supplier would accept return and credit against SBS
Prem purchase?
