1. Close any open Message windows.
2. Open such a New Message window | "Grab" the opposing corners of the small
window and "drag" them to fill the screen (or other desired size) but do NOT
maximize the window | Close the resized window via File | Close.
The resized (not maximized) window must be the last window closede for its
size to be remembered.
A Windows Mail Message window will never open maximized by default.
