I explained what actually fixed it for the benefit of those that might have th
same problem
Turned on the addon's, and wait for one of the 3 reboots to tell ie7: all
well
That there might have been something wrong with the adobe, side, unless you'r
silicon psychic, There was no reason to suspect there was an adobe problem
