Create a new user account when this issue happens.

Also it would be best to post this to the public.outlook.general newsgroup where the
Outlook experts are.

LOL. Thanks. I have no idea why I answered that. I was in the Outlook newsgroups for
about 2 hrs before and I guess my head was still stuck there. Thanks a bunch
