Inane graphics, bad spelling, terrible pictures..
You compare yourself to PC World, where the calibre of staff is not the
highest, but your image is not exactly hot either. An unhappy PC World
customer can at least go into the store and ensure that anybody standing
close by gets to hear how bad the products/staff are.
Slagging off competition in the UK is bad practice. No computer
builder/vendor should ever suggest that Linux is for 'poofs'. You can't get
more unprofessional.
You know NOTHING about the differences between Vista and XP, as demonstrated
in your 'comment' section, and I have a feeling that you were responsible
for much of the other comment that you are passing off as having come from
other sources.
The only way to contact you appears to be a Salisbury area telephone number.
There is no proper contact section.
Worst of all, you have deliberately cross posted into 'noisy' Linux
newsgroups, presumably in a bid to start trouble.
