Watch it, some of those are USB powered and still use an audio jack.

It really means that no separate driver install is required, they just use
standard USB device drivers built into Windows.

Most of the basic Dell desktops that I have acquired for work in the last
few years have all had USB speakers. Uusually two ports required though, one
for power, one for signal.
