| Well, this is my problem. I do not receive the usual drop-down below the
| address bar that allows me to click Install ActiveX Control. I have reset my
| Internet security to the default Medium and have even made sure that ACtiveX
| controls are ENABLED as instructed. I believe this is a result of some type
| of spyware but I have downloaded and run both Spybot and adaware with still
| the same result. I could go on with all that I have tried to resolve this
| issue but I would be typing for a long time. PLEASE HELP!
