Wait a Minute..... Did u say 3.9 ????? You mean Activesync 3.9 ????? There's
no Activesync 3.9 !!!!!

Rename both the instances of MApi32.dll and perform a detect and repair in
Outlook... and restart.. are you able to sync then ?

Any specific error messages while trying to sync ???

Have you also selected the custom install in Outlook and selected
Collaboration data objects ???? This is essential to sync with OL

Go ahead and rename the DLL after closing outlook. next time you open
outlook... you'll get an error message . Click YES to that and then detect
and repair from the help menu.

BTW . Check if Collaboration Data Objects is selected ... you need that ...
