Pranay,
Group policies in a 2003 Functional Level domain will apply automatically to
Windows 2008 member servers.
If you want to use new Vista/Server 2008 policies and Group Policy
Preferences then you need to manage them through the Server 2008 Group
Policy administration tools, or RSAT on Vista
