Need help quite urgently
i was bieng an idiot and trying to sort out my user profiles becaus
everything seemed to be having a problem
So i went into Computer>SystemProperties>user Profiles> i found a
account i was using (alex). i then decided i would create a new one tha
was connected to my office domain
so i did. and it checked the names on the server and found Alex.offic
- perfect i thought
I then proceeded to 'remove' the existing account (alex)
Thinking - it will just put all the things that i had into the accoun
and merge it
MY MISTAKE - and in hindsight what an idiot i was for thinking that
Now all my outlook/my sync files etc.. etc.. that were on my other use
account (alex) have to be redone onto this new user
However there is an Account Unkown (old alex) in the user profiles
which has 21.GB of used data and i was wondering is there anyway o
getting this Account Unkonwn - Reasigned as the Alex User or an
username (and have all my default settings / desktop/outlook/sync file
etc..?
any help will be usefull thank
