Daniel,
Next time the system is prompted to install KB832894, click the yellow
icon on the Task Bar, UNcheck the box next to it, click OK
When the next window pops up, put a check mark in the box to Hide the
update [ Do not notify me of this update again ]
Click OK
The issue lies with the detection of the update, not the installation of
it, and is caused by installing KB931786.
Revisit Windows Update to see if it or any other OLD updates that were
previously installed are reoffered.
The detection issue with Windows Update for Win 2K systems *should* be
rectified now.
