You need ALL Critical Updates installed.
First look for any Service Packs, install latest service Pack first
and alone then reboot.
Then go back to Windows Update and see if there is a Rollup, if so,
install that alone and then reboot.
After those there may be fewer updates since some updates may be
included.
Install the remaining Critical Updates no more than 3 at a time.
Reboot between each set.
