Please state your full Windows version (e.g., WinXP SP3; Vista SP2) when
posting to this newsgroup. In this case, also tell us if your running
Office 2007, Office 2007 SP1, or Office 2007 SP2.

Also try inserting your Office 2007 CD into the appropriate drive bay before
the next install attempt, Pauline.
