Hi Bear! Try this, Re- set all the "Tabs" on the Windows Firewall
settings to Default, and, if you have any other Firewalls running at the same
time as the basic Windows one, disable them whilst trying to download
Security Updates; dont forget to re-enable them if you are successful in your
downloads, if you are, let me know, also;
download the new Windows Defender and the Basline Analyser, this will enable
you to pinpoint the problems, and, you can print them out as well!! Best of
