Hi,
Blocking ports won't do anything I'm afraid. Versions of Messenger from 6.0 and above can
send files directly through the server. So, if you can connect to Messenger, you can send a
file.
Messenger also does not have any GPO options, so there's no magical registry key you can use
to specifically block Messenger file transfer.
