You're not the first one to report this recently, although I can't reproduce it on my
accounts. Out of curiosity, what version of Messenger are you using?

I am using the Build 8.1.168.00_ClientV8.1
When this happening altrough the contact have the symbol that is blocked if
i right click the contact in the menu it appears unblock instead of block.
Other times the contact don't have the symbol blocked for some seconds and
after some seconds becames blocked without i make anything
