You need software and drivers for your specific phone. Sony Erickson
probably has them on their site or they could be on a CD that came with your
phone. Also if you are trying to access the dongle through a hub try
plugging directly in a USB port. I had problems with the one I got until I
plugged it directly in the computer and for those ready to pounce the hub is
powered.
